Luggage Porter - Central London
The Langham, London; Europe’s first Grand Hotel and Forbes 5* rated property, is currently recruiting for a Luggage Porter to join our talented Concierge Department team. In this role, we are looking for a true hospitality professional, with the flair to deliver service at the highest level.
In the role of Luggage Porter, your key focus will be to:
- provide assistance with luggage delivery and collection for all arriving and departing guests
- ensure skilful and efficient rooming of arriving guests and a high level of service and assistance
- assist with the door opening duties on a rotating basis
- Greet / bid farewell guests sincerely at all times and assist with Lobby coverage
- report any suspicious person or luggage to the concierge desk
- assist with the delivery of all messages and mail as directed
