Are you experienced in providing Complex Care to children and young people?
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants to support a teenage girl throughout the night on a part-time basis.
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about their job, enjoy delivering one-to-one support and can build positive relationships with our service users and their families.
Our service user lives at home with her loving family in Sheffield and loves to listen to music and watch TV. She is a happy young lady who enjoys attending school during the day and spending time with her friends. This role is to support her throughout the night on a 1:1 basis throughout a waking shift.
Due to her having an unsettled sleep pattern you will be required to stay alert to help her with her needs, this can include carrying out regular repositioning, personal care and getting her ready for school in the morning.
It would be advantageous if you can converse in Turkish as this is the family's first language, however, this is not essential.
It is essential for this role that you are a non-smoker, which does include vapes.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Essential Experience Required
- 3 months previous care experience
- Medication Administration
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Non-Smoker
Desirable Experience
- PEG Feeding
- Learning Disability awareness
We have the following shifts available;
- Part Time Nights- 24 hours per week
- 10pm-6am
- Monday, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays We are looking for candidates to support on other days throughout the week on an ad hoc basis

Weeknights £11.25ph Approx. £90 per 8 hour shift
Weekends £13.00ph Approx. £104 per 8 hour shift
Bank Holiday £15.50ph Approx. £124 per 8 hour shift
