Customer Service Advisor (Part-time, Compressed hours or Full-time)
Location: We typically work from home with the flexibility to work in the Newtownards Office 2 days per week, although not mandatory.
Salary: £21,000 - £23,500 per annum, non-negotiable.

Job Description:
Working within our virtual call centre as part of our Customer Service Team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from existing customers. You will be responsibility for completing transactions such as mid-term changes, mid-term transfers and other ad hoc queries relating to existing customers insurance policies.
You will be required to advise, recommend, sell and service appropriate insurance products to meet the demands and needs of our customers.
A full comprehensive training programme is delivered upon appointment into the role to ensure you are competent to service our insurance products and use our operating system.
Person specification:
· At least 2 years’ Personal Lines insurance experience, ideally with motor products.
· You have experience of communicating clearly and effectively with customers over the phone.
· You have experience of delivering first class customer service and enjoy working with people.
