INTRO
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Pharmacy Supply Team for a Supply Assistant, to work on the delivery of stock to support the annual Flu Service for stores.
This is a 6-month fixed term contract.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pharmacy Supply Team sit under the direction of our Healthcare Business Unit, one of our key focus areas is supporting stores during the Flu Season, with information they require to order the stock they need to fulfil customer appointments.
We offer our Support Office team members a flexible, hybrid working approach based upon empowerment, accountability, care and trust which includes a balanced mix of remote and office-based working - this will be discussed with you as part of the application process.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Pharmacy Supply Team sit under the direction of our Healthcare Business Unit, one of our key focus areas is supporting stores during the Flu Season, with information they require to order the stock they need to fulfil customer appointments.
- Be the go-to person for all stock queries for Flu Stock
- Produce weekly reports for the business
- Daily checks on stock in the warehouse and actively manage any moving of stock
- Support our stores with publishing a Daily Flu Stock Availability report
- Responding to email queries from stores and Field team

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO HAVE
- Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Pro-active with a can do attitude.
- Ability to work both as part of a team and as an individual.
- Must be motivated and decisive.
- Excellent Customer Service, you will have frequent contact with Stores and Suppliers.
- A background in Pharmacy and/or Supply would be beneficial.
