Situated on Europe's busiest racecourse and in the heart of the Surrey countryside, the hotel caters for an eclectic mix of quests ranging from regular corporates, race-goers, golfers and families. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and offer first-class service at all times. As a Front Desk Associate, you are the first and last impression of the hotel, and as such, an integral part of the operation.

The Front Office Associate will be required to provide an efficient reception service, ensuring high quality customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times. Ensuring the Front Office Department operates within the brand standard guidelines. Welcoming all guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring customer care is delivered at all times.
