At Location HQ we owe our success to our people and their teamwork. We are looking to extend our team to include a Location Library Assistant. This role is to support the day-to-day processes and workflow at Location HQ and assist with ongoing projects. The ideal candidate would be professional, a team player, and able to adapt as needed. Great with time management, strong attention to detail and process driven. Excellent telephone etiquette and be unfazed with spending the day on the telephone with customers and clients. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Some experience in sales and/or finance is a benefit.
OVERVIEW
- Calendar management for the Managing Director (MD) including making appointments, sending invitations, and preparing any information as required prior to the meeting.
- Assist with checking register@ emails with the MD (and later the MD’s emails).
- Filing in line with the Acquisitions process.Building and maintaining contact details for the MD including keeping the contact sheets up to date and exported to marketing channels.
- Answer phones when requested and passing messages to the appropriate person.
- Building location files as set out by the MD and working with incoming clients.
- Chasing outstanding paperwork
- Other ad-hoc tasks which may come up from time to time for the MDAssist the
- Sale’s Team to maintain and grow customer, client and production sheets
- Chase any outstanding invoices for Finance and other queries that may arise including research on suppliers and locations.
- Various projects from assisting with marketing, website development, projects with the EA and/or Head of Operations
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
