Steele Honda has an immediate requirement for a Shuttle Driver. They are seeking an individual who is friendly and outgoing, has great attention to detail with exceptional customer service skills. The successful candidate will also possess the following:
- Desire to work in an environment where teamwork and customer satisfaction is #1.
- Hardworking, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Valid class 4 driver’s license and a clean drivers abstract.
Job Duties
- Punches time clock at start and completion of each day and at lunch
- Ensures van is full of gas and clean and prepared to travel
- Collects customers from waiting area
- Assists in daily bank deposits
- Helps check in customers for service
- Picks up mail
- Picks up and delivers items to and from other dealerships
- Assist Valets in the drive-thru
- Assists Service Consultants in parking vehicles
- Always drives safely and with expertise
- Maintains van in a roadworthy condition, completes weekly van inspection checklist, and notifies Service Manager when service/repairs and required
- Maintains a courteous and friendly manner with all customers
- Refrains from smoking or eating in van
- Verifies shuttle bus riders are dealership customers
- Ensures all safety policy and procedures in accordance with IAPA, WHIMS and company are strictly adhered to
- Performs other related duties
