We are looking for enthusiastic Bartenders with 12 months experience working in a fast paced service environment to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.⠀ ⠀ ⠀
You should be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations.
Compensation includes salary and tips.⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀
Bartender responsibilities include⠀
- Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons⠀
- Interacting with customers, taking orders and serving snacks and drinks⠀
- Assessing bar customers’ needs and making recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails⠀
- Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age⠀
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies⠀ ⠀
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience⠀ ⠀
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- General set up and an ability to keep the bar organised, stocked and clean⠀
- Adhering to health and safety requirements
Requirements⠀
- Proven track-record and working experience as a Bartender⠀
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks⠀
- Computer literacy⠀
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills⠀
- Experience of working with the general public and the ability to stay calm under pressure⠀
- Great team players who are flexible and adaptable.⠀ ⠀

Salary: £10.50 per hour
