Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Live Chat & Appointment Booker (Part Time) to join our driven and highly performing telephone sales team.

Part time: Saturday and Sunday, 8 hour shift, Start date ASAP

Location: Homebased/ Must be able to travel to Solihull (B37) for initial training

Salary: £12.50 per hour + excellent commission structure

What we need from you…

  • Recent telephone experience
  • Appointment booking experience would be an advantage
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Exceptional customer service

What it’s all about…

  • Making outbound calls to people who have registered an interest
  • Schedule phone appointments with prospective customers
  • Forward calls to trained sales advisers to discuss details about their chosen product
  • Act as a backup to our live chat advisers during busy periods
