Fox Morris are working with Slough Borough Council in relations to finding a Library Supervisor to start work ASAP!

Responsibilities

• To organize and deliver front line library operations within physical buildings and online that meets the needs of the residents and the community in Slough
• Support the planning, coordination and delivery of activities and events and partnerships that respond to the needs of local residents and achieve the outcomes of the Library plan.
• Lead and manage frontline staff and volunteers, manage rotas and support frontline delivery across all library sites

You will be required to work Monday-Friday (9:00-5:00pm). This is based on a 6 month contract and the pay negotiable.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £16.64-£20.61 per hour

Experience:

• Library Supervisor/Library Officer: 1 year (required)
• staff management/Staff Rotas: 1 year (required)
• Borough Of/Councils/Council/Local Authority: 1 year (required)
