- Day to day relationship management of partners to ensure a smooth running operation and collection of commercial funds into the business
- Leading our relationship management with global and domestic acquiring banks and cultivating strong partnerships.
- Working with partners, identifying and delivering opportunities to change the way that we do things to create value for the business, in
- Influencing internal stakeholders across finance & treasury to drive change.
- Working with the compliance product owners to ensure new payment network mandates are evaluated to assess commercial
- Support prioritisation of product backlog to ensure appropriate commercial evaluation
- Partner with the financial services team to ensure optimum management of chargeback operations, including but not limited to leading enhancement of operating procedures
- Showcase utilisation of partner data to the wider team to support with monitoring of key performance metrics
- 'Point of contact' for the business, supporting with operational issues impacting fraud, chargeback and refund teams.
- Support with active cross- functional payment projects, working closely with commercial payments managers and product owners.
