Premiership Experience are an Award-Winning Sports & Educational Tour Operator who have been arranging unforgettable experiences for schools, clubs and organisations across the globe since 2010. We work with the leading brands in global sports and entertainment, including Real Madrid, Manchester City, Pineapple Dance Studios & NBA Basketball plus many more.
The business is at an exciting stage in its development, and we are looking to speak to individuals with the ability to succeed in fast paced environment, a can-do attitude and most importantly a determination to develop themselves personally as well as the business.
We have a permanent full-time position available involving the following responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients to create their ideal experiences, whether that be a domestic experience with a leading football brand or an international tour to some of our most popular destinations
- Working with team members to ensure all events and tour itineraries are: fully organised with immaculate detail, fully costed, communicated internally and with clients, delivered on budget, and paid timeously by clients
- Business development activity to ensure retention of existing clients whilst creating new relationships with prospective clients both domestically and overseas
- Develop productive, long -term working relationships and trust with external suppliers such as sports organisations, transport companies and accommodation providers
- Utilise financial management skills, to help ensure all company activities secure gross profit targets
- Contribute to ongoing company development, especially in terms of improving internal communication and reporting systems
- Assist line manager with input to project management systems, tools, and software to ensure multi projects can be managed efficiently
- Possibility of commission based on attainment of agreed overall company performance
Advantageous experience/skills:
- A highly motivated and ambitious individual with an impressive CV to date in events management and business development, preferably gained in the sports, hospitality and/or travel industry
- Highly focussed on client satisfaction and positive relationships
- Experience of project management, administration, and reporting procedures
- Strong business development success in previous roles which can be demonstrated
- Ability to work simultaneously on multi-projects & take through to successful conclusions
- Exceptional attention for detail, ensuring every event itinerary is thorough and meets specification
- Financial management capability
- Experience of CRM systems
- Potential to ‘add value’ to any event, in terms of organisation and improvement
- Be a key team player and work effectively with team colleagues
- Own transport essential with full UK driving license
- Interest and passion for sports, travel, and education
