Pasture is a Steak House & late night bar brought to you by Chef Owner Sam Elliott. Pasture restaurant is a celebration of fire-based cooking and incredible local ingredients. The in-house butchers handpick and prepare the very best meat from farms in the south west and our chefs use it to cook beautiful, modern dishes. In a nutshell Pasture is about fine dining for everyone, with slick, engaging service, top-quality food and a team whose knowledge is as strong as it’s passion.
We are looking for a new part time waiter to join our Front of House team at Parallel by Pasture.
Parallel, like Pasture has the same goals of travelling in the same direction (up, and thriving to be the best) but on its own path as a separate entity.

We’re looking for a passionate, enthusiastic individual and dedicated team player to join our very passionate team.
What we are looking for:
Passion for food & beverage and drive to develop their skills and knowledge
Previous experience in a busy hospitality environment
Excellent communication and service skills
Excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Flexibility to help the team on the floor
Someone who can create a memorable experience for our guests.
Cocktails and general drinks knowledge is a plus
Creating memorable experiences for our guests, delivering consistent customer service with an attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Assess guests’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for our bar and restaurant guests
Interact with guests, present menus, take orders and make recommendations and serve food and drinks
Cash handling
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Be able to work as part of a team
Ability to keep the restaurant organised, stocked and clean
