Job description

This is a busy service and as well as being a team-player you will be expected to work independently and to tight deadlines. You should have a good eye for detail and a methodical approach to your work. Good IT skills are essential and familiarity with Office 365 and library catalogues/databases would be an advantage.
You should have excellent communication skills as you will liaise with colleagues in other teams in the University Library and academic staff.
You will have a good general education to Scottish Higher Level or equivalent, and experience of providing excellent customer service.
This is a part-time (20hrs per week), Mon-Fri mornings, fixed-term contract, starting as soon as possible and ending on 8th March 2024.
Further information and informal enquiries may be directed to Colin Bovaird (Academic Liaison Officer), [email protected]
