LEASING ASSOCIATE:

Moda is looking for a Leasing Associate to deliver our award-winning Liverpool Lifestyle at The Lexington.

Target driven, forward thinking and a customer service extraordinaire, you will provide our residents with a positive and memorable leasing experience and be part of a vibrant, effective and supportive team.

Based on site and located in the thriving Princes Dock area of Liverpool’s famous waterfront, Moda The Lexington sits pride of place sharing the waterfront with the iconic Three Graces and Pier Head. *Epic views as standard*

THE ROLE:

  • First point of contact for leasing enquiries – we really mean 'first impressions count!'
  • Follow up leads, register and understand individual’s rental requirements and match them to their perfect Moda apartment.
  • Arrange viewings for all enquiries in a timely manner and provide a first-class experience tour. Engaging all aspects of what Moda, The Lexington has to offer in line with brand values.
  • Manage and deliver on agreed KPI’s. *fist pump*
  • Work closely with the Lettings Manager to report on market trends, customer service reports and local rent prices.
  • Actively drive new lettings and retention of residents through impeccable service and effective negotiation of tenancy renewals.
  • Assist residents with additional services including parking, storage and amenity hire – it’s all about hassle free living
  • Follow up on all applications, the referencing process and guide residents through their move in, including collecting rent payments
  • Reply to resident queries and meet all response time SLAs. Interact with customers via telephone, email, or instant message, delivering top-notch customer service, always.
  • Provide informed and accurate information to residents throughout the lettings journey
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop a ‘best-in-class’ delivery and operating procedures.
  • Be a true ambassador for all things Liverpool – our city is boss after all.

YOU:

  • Experienced in all of the above (hospitality or private rental sector preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (with a side of persuasion skills).
  • Excellent customer relations skills, a sense of humour and plenty of energy/ enthusiasm.
  • Pro-active, professional presentation, confident and outgoing in nature.
  • Team player through and through.
  • Don the bespoke Moda uniform with pride.
  • Liverpool lover, great understanding of the city, it’s people, culture and social scene.
