Job description
We are based in Bolton where applicants will work both our Bolton branches. The main role of this job is booking in patients and advising completed orders. The role is very demanding due to a high volume of orders/ high volume of patients. The applicant must have the following skills:
- Well spoken/ Phone mannerism
- Computer competent
- Works well under pressure
- Able to deal with customer queries
- Sort and handle jobs
Training will be provided. Successful applicants will be given a trial day and will be offered a job based on performance on the trial day. Weekends will be expected to work, shifts will vary weekly e.g. some weeks 6 days,
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week
Salary: Up to £25,000.00 per year
