We have an exciting opportunity for a Leisure Assistant to come and join the Spa Team at the Runnymede on Thames.

Role Responsibilities

  • To welcome all visitors to the spa and deliver a high standard of customer service in keeping with the standards of a award-winning spa.
  • You'll be responsible for supervising and maintaining a safe environment within our indoor and outdoor pool (seasonal) whilst communicating with our members and guests to ensure they are enjoying our facilities in a safe manner
  • Hosting activities to ensure guests have the opportunity to enjoy their stay to the full
  • Be guest focused, having a positive and problem solving attitude at all times
  • To ensure the cleanliness and appearance of all spa areas are maintained to a high standard at all times.

You'll need to have a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or willing to undertake training, the ability to interact with our members and guests to ensure we are meeting our high standards of customer service; previous lifeguarding experience would be desirable but is not essential.
