About the Role

We're looking for a Finance Manager who is ready to take charge and make a real difference. As our Finance Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead and drive our business's financial success, ensuring that our team can continue to deliver exceptional service to our customers. You'll supervise all finance-related operations and meticulously manage daily financial transactions and accounting functions. It's a role where you can make a real impact and play a crucial part in the growth of our business.


Core Responsibilities

  • Establish Mashvisor’ finance function, strategy, and operation
  • Own our financial model and maintain visibility into cash runway and performance against plan. Deliver the monthly, quarterly and annual Growth forecast leveraging cross-functional partnerships
  • Help to develop the strategic plan and translate it into a financial operating plan, allocating headcount and spend budgets to each department
  • Partner with Data Science and other functions to generate monthly and quarterly performance and forecast reviews, board meeting and investor presentations, and other financial review presentations
  • Manage monthly accounting closure with outsourced accountants
  • Work with the CEO on future capital needs
  • Oversee Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Equity functions, and coordinate with external providers on tax
  • Monthly reporting of income projections and expenses with outsources accounting team
  • Monthly reporting on financial analysis and department snapshots, including financial operation analysis, cost analysis and business KPIs
  • Custom financial reporting as per the needs of the business
  • Liaise with external accountant in preparation of end of financial year tax return
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and procedures
  • Examine accuracy of financial and legal documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or other related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a relevant field with demonstrated financial acumen and a track record of leveraging data for business financial impact.
  • Experience in building and scaling FP&A or Strategic Finance teams at high-growth technology company preferred
  • Experience at Finance, Consulting, or Private Equity firm
  • Ability to use data to identify and quantify opportunities for growth or profitability improvement
  • Polished communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • A self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
