Customer Service Co-ordinator – Garstang
Due to our ongoing growth within the company, we are looking for a customer service co-ordinator to join the team at Greens Environmental LTD in Garstang.

What you’ll be doing
You will be working in the front office and helping to ensure every aspect runs smoothly. No two days are the same, making this an amazing place for someone with excellent organisation skills to become a crucial part of the team.
Responsibilities
- Organising collections and deliveries within the allocated timeframes.
- Handling fast paced customer service with large 3rd party contractors.
- Manage the administration and driver’s routes in an accurate and timely manner.
- Process orders and enter customer’s details accurately on our new management system while providing quality service.
- Liaise with third-party partners to facilitate and deliveries.
- Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls/email correspondence (including shared inbox management) to customers to process stock orders and resolve queries.

As well as strong organisational skills, we are also looking for people who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This is the ideal role for someone looking to get a taste of the exciting world that is the transport industry whilst providing an outstanding service to our customers.
Previous customer service and admin experience is required but full training and ongoing development will be provided. All we ask is that you come with the willingness to learn and the desire to do the job well.
