We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our Company making baked crisps and snacks. The ideal candidate will have good planning skills, experience in automated mass produced products.Good production knowledge of ingredients, recipes and baking a passion for baking and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and developing new recipes. They must be able to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The Baker must also be able to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Ordering supplies
- Monitor the baking process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Working closely with Production and Quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow recipes and adjust ingredients according to customer specifications.
- Ensure that all baked goods meet health and safety standards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £27,000.00 per year
