We are currently looking for Self-Employed Sales Consultants to join our team!

Here at JTS Training, we deliver the best online learning experience to our learners. We are continually developing new and innovative courses and are currently seeing demand for the below courses at both Level 3 and Level 5:

Leadership & Management

• Diploma

Coaching & Mentoring

• Certificate
• Diploma

The job - Do you have a network of employers/people you know that you can link in with?

This role is completely SELF EMPLOYED with no base salary. You will manage your own diary and therefore use flexible working hours to conduct sales calls and generate successful enrolments with individuals and businesses. Your role will be to discuss our courses with individuals and promote our offering with a view to onboarding new learners on to the JTS learning platform.

Comprehensive marketing materials are provided for all our courses, as well as all links to our social media channels. There are no sales lists, all leads are generated by you and the work you do.

Salary: OTE Uncapped
Income is based upon results and dependant on successful payment and enrolment on to a course, paid 1 month in arrears:

• Certificates - £150
• Diplomas - £250

Sales Consultants Requirements:

• Previous sales experience - ideally within a training environment
• Results driven
• A friendly and engaging personality.
• Ability to build customer confidence.
• Excellent communication skills.
