Formations Agent – London – Onsite

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will have a wide and varied role, but your main responsibilities will include;
- Reviewing and submitting company formations to Companies house
- Dealing with specific customer queries regarding company incorporations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
- Liaising with clients and internal & external stakeholders
- General company secretarial admin
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?
- Recent customer service experience
- Industry knowledge, ideally in a company secretarial/formations or legal environment would be beneficial
- Excellent IT skills, particularly with the MS Office suite
- Strong attention to detail – identifying errors and correcting them before submission
- Process driven –ensuring the correct process is followed to remain compliant
- Organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
