WHAT WILL YOU DO?

You will have a wide and varied role, but your main responsibilities will include;

  • Reviewing and submitting company formations to Companies house
  • Dealing with specific customer queries regarding company incorporations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Liaising with clients and internal & external stakeholders
  • General company secretarial admin

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?

  • Recent customer service experience
  • Industry knowledge, ideally in a company secretarial/formations or legal environment would be beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly with the MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail – identifying errors and correcting them before submission
  • Process driven –ensuring the correct process is followed to remain compliant
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
