About the role

In this exciting new role, you will lead on the delivery of an exemplary international student experience, bringing together a range of stakeholders from across the institution into a cohesive whole, ensuring an innovative programme of activity that gives international students at Leicester the best possible welcome and experience throughout their time with us.

You will be responsible for providing specialist advice and guidance on the University-wide support provision through a variety of different methods. You will work creatively with colleagues across the University and with the Students’ Union to ensure we provide timely intervention, prevention and resolution of issues around the student experience.

About you

With knowledge and experience of providing advice, guidance and support to a diverse range of clients, you will have a robust knowledge of what it takes to deliver an excellent international student experience. Experience of delivering projects, including change initiatives is key, alongside the experience of leading teams and activities, acting as the point of escalation.

With experience in a comparable role, you will have great communication skills, using those to be able to collaborate with colleagues across the University and the Students’ Union. We are looking for someone who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and is motivated by providing the very best experience to our students.
