Role Summary:
An exciting opportunity has opened for an additional role in the Security & Compliance team for a Compliance & Legal Support Administrator. This new role will be based in Waves head office in London. This role will provide efficient, thorough, and flexible support to the Compliance and Security Manager within the compliance and legal functions, to help drive continuous improvement across the franchise network.
We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual who possesses the ability to deliver effectively, meeting objectives within time scales. Whilst having a keen eye for detail and being able to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders across the network.
This role is full time permanent.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Completing data review of audits to identify trends, risk and keep records.
- Identifying key sites and review remotely to assess improvement needs.
- Following up on audits to aid in continuous improvement.
- Undertake review using all tools available to draw sound conclusions and raise standards.
- Franchise Partner administration
- Prepare and proof-read communication such as letters, emails and compliance documentation including formal documents regarding agreement compliance and contractual breaches
- Production of legal paperwork including franchise agreements and other documentation including subleases etc.
Essential Experience:
- Experience of prioritising, managing, and delivering own workload, working with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work with flexibility to meet competing deadline.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of management, both orally and in writing.
- Proficiency in the use of Word, Excel, Power BI and other Microsoft packages
- Maintain the highest levels of integrity and resilience.
- Ability to analyse and interpret large amounts of data.
- Strong communication skills
- Administration support
Desired Experience:
- Experience of working with a field-based team and meeting KPIs
- Experience in using and storing CCTV information.
- Knowledge of GDPR legislation would be advantageous.
- Experienced in building detailed reports.

Package:
Contract Type: Full time permanent
Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Some flexibility may be needed to support the business needs.
Location: Putney SW15 2JJ. This role is currently hybrid, working 3 days in head office and Tuesday and Friday from home. This working pattern may be subject to change.
Salary: £24,500.00
Holidays: 22 days per year + bank holidays + birthday
