THALES are looking to recruit a passionate and organised HR Operations Administrator to deliver timely, accurate and robust information and transactions to the HR function, managers and employees to support the delivery of Thales UK’s business and HR strategy .
This is full time permanent position based at our Crawley Office.
This team is customer centric, driven by supporting and working together to ensure you meet your goals and achieve the best outcome for the customer. Your role will be to support the achievement of business unit financial and strategic objectives, ensuring compliance with ethical and contractual undertakings and ensuring the commercial integrity of the commitments being made on behalf of the company.

What will you deliver?
- Provide consistent, effective and value-adding service to employees, managers and HR for the full range of HR transactional and administrative support from the HR Shared Service Centre (HRSSC).
- Working with customers and key stakeholders continually to monitor and improve customer and end user satisfaction
- Manage all aspects of customer contact and HR transactions through case management, telephone,
- Ask HR and Instant Chat enquiries in accordance with operating protocols, KPIs and SLAs.
- Working with key stakeholders continually to improve efficiency, simplicity and excellence in delivery
- Ensuring that HR processes are managed appropriately and effectively to minimise business impact
- Act as a role model for the HR function, actively promoting and supporting the Thales UK people strategy and ensuring appropriate channels are utilised
- Work closely with the HR PMO and HR Support teams to feed into, take part of and ensure delivery and implementation of all project Einstein activity.
- Demonstrating their specific contribution to the business through agreed metrics and KPIs
- Acting as an advocate for Company values at all times and ensuring others act as role models within the function
- Working as part of an integrated and collaborative HR function that is focussed on driving business success
Who are we looking for?
Ideally you will have had experience within a shared services environment. But not essential.
