About the Role
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding colleague to join an established specialism in Early Years Education. You will be expected to contribute to PGCE Primary Early Years programmes, and Undergraduate Early Years programmes across the Early Years Education Department, playing a significant role in the planning, teaching and assessment of modules. Candidates should be committed to student success and innovation in Learning, Teaching and Assessment.

About You
You will have relevant subject knowledge evidenced through qualifications, prior teaching experience or research ideally in the areas of Science, Mathematics, English and/or foundation subjects covering both EYFS and the National Curriculum KS1. You will have real energy and passion for your subject and its associated pedagogy which goes well beyond current statutory curriculum requirements; this will be demonstrated through your developing research interests and your network connections at local, national and international level.
Highly effective communication and collaboration skills coupled with enthusiastic, engaging, and well-informed teaching abilities are essential for this post. Your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships at all levels will ensure that you quickly establish yourself as a key member of our friendly and supportive team.
