Job Details:
Salary Range: £44, 215 - £49,520 per annum
Work Location: Northfield House, Winchester (due to the nature of their role, members of staff will be able to choose to work from home for some of the time, from other Council premises, or alternative locations as agreed with their manager)
Hours per week: 37 (flexible/part-time working patterns will be considered)
Contract Type: Temporary for 12 months
Closing Date: 10 March 2023
The Role:
Come and join the Children’s Services Learning and Development team!

In this role, you will be accountable for managing the staff, business and finance processes / practices required to support the provision of effective Learning & Development activities, events and other services to a range of customers.

Ideally with extensive experience of management, and a proven ability to lead, motivate and performance manage a team. We are looking for an individual who has knowledge and experience in financial management and business operations along with strong relationship management and successful experience in delivering high quality services to customers.

You will be a self-motivator with a high level of organisational and planning skills, particularly the ability to prioritise work to meet changing business needs and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
