Leadership Manager - Digital.
London, Birmingham or Bristol – hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 wherever.

What are we looking for in our Leadership Manager?
- Develop a comprehensive BT Digital Leadership strategy to facilitate essential behavioral and capability transformations within the organisation.
- Create and implement all-encompassing leadership solutions tailored to diverse audiences, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
- Take a proactive role in influencing BT group leadership priorities while representing BT Digital's interests in leadership development initiatives.
- Provide dedicated support for Talent and Performance programs to ensure they deliver maximum results, simplifying the leadership development experience for both leaders and colleagues.
- Collaborate as a consultant with leaders and their teams to recognise specific leadership development needs and opportunities for enhancing capabilities.
- Strategically refine and improve the various customer journeys associated with leadership development to optimise the experience for our digital audience.
- Lead the design and delivery of streamlined leadership solutions that align seamlessly with BT and BT Digital's overarching leadership strategies.
- Conduct rigorous assessments to gauge the impact and ROI of our leadership solutions, while also integrating innovative approaches to stay at the forefront of leadership development.
