2+ years of successfully handling a high volume of customer calls in a contact centre or similar environment (primarily inbound customer calls - 20+ a day).
High street discounts including retail, grocery, travel and more! Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required. Company vehicle while on shift.
Review and revise videos for accuracy, accuracy., and artistic integrity. The successful candidate will be required to assemble, edit and produce viral videos

\* Proactively patrolling the Centre, being an overt point of contact to customers and staff. \* Opening and closing the centre each day.
