As Keane Premier Support Services continually seek to grow, we have new and exciting opportunities for compassionate and hard-working individuals. We are recruiting Support Workers across our South Lanarkshire Support Service North Lanarkshire!

The post holder will work as part of the KPSS team to supper service users in the community to promote their independence.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Support service users in all aspects of personal care.
  • Support service users with medication where required.
  • Assist service users to meet their nutritional needs.
  • Carry out housekeeping duties.
  • Assist service users with finances as per company policy.
  • Ensure service users have access to healthcare, if required.
  • Utilise all communication methods to listen and talk to service users to promote their wellbeing
  • Encourage the relationships service users have with family, friends and wider community.
  • At all times, be mindful of equality and diversity, and behave in a culturally sensitive manner.
  • Be aware of adult protection issues and report accordingly.
