Static Security Officer Matlock, England
Job description
A smart, professional Security Officer required to work at a small shopping outlet on the edge of the Peak District.
This position is Monday to Friday with occassional weekend to cover holidays and sickness. The hours of duty are 08:30 to 18:15 (flexibility on occassions if there is a client request).
The candidte will need to be reliable as part of the job will involve opening and closing the centre each day.
Daily duties include:
* Opening and closing the centre each day
* Proactively patrolling the Centre, being an overt point of contact to customers and staff.
* Ensuring delivery gates and other sensitive areas remain secure.
* Liaising with centre staff and shops via the radio system.
* Ensuring fire escapes and fire routes remain clear at all times.
* Working with and (where applicable) assisting with the Management team.
* Undertaking daily reports and site check forms.
* Being of smart and kempt appearance
* Good levels of written and spoken English
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £10.53 per hour
