Compensation: $17-$19/hr

Job Responsibilities:

As a Driller Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our rotary drilling crews with your semi-skilled labor-intensive assistance. This dynamic position will put you in charge of operating various vehicles, equipment, and machinery, including:

• Transporting essential supplies to and from the drill site
• Engaging in manual material handling
• Mastering the art of drilling fluid mixing
• Collaborating closely with the driller to ensure seamless drilling processes

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent
• 0-1 years of directly related experience in small or large rotary drilling

Qualifications:

• Adventure awaits! Be willing to travel by plane or car to worksites throughout Nevada, Utah, Arizona, and Virginia and other states where we do business
• Embrace the open road! Be able to commute long distances for work (300+ miles)
• Be willing to work at job sites for extended periods of time
• Journey to different locations! Be willing to work in remote locations
• Be able to work 12 hour shifts for 5-20 days at a time
