Apollo Accident Repair Group Ltd are the largest repair Group on the South Coast and still growing. Our Polegate site has an opening for a Customer Service Advisor. This is a challenging but highly rewarding role.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the customer service sector, be highly motivated and have the ability to work in a busy, fast moving environment. Being IT literate is essential
Duties will include
· Liaising with customers and work providers in person, via the telephone and by email in an efficient and courteous manner
· Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, managing the allocation and handover of customers vehicles
· Arranging the collection and delivery of vehicles
· Loading and updating information onto the bodyshop management system and other associated on-line systems
· Processing payments of policy excess and VAT where applicable
· Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of repairs

Please note that the core working hours are 8am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Salary: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
