Our customers can sometimes call us in a kerfuffle whilst using our technology solutions; whether that's charging their vehicles, using our website/mobile app or with another technology-based issue. Our colleagues patiently guide our customers through troubleshooting processes, providing step-by-step instructions, and offering tips to optimise their experience.

Essential Skills & Experience
Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:
- 2+ years of successfully handling a high volume of customer calls in a contact centre or similar environment (primarily inbound customer calls - 20+ a day).
- Flexibility to work changing shift patterns, which include evenings and weekends.
- Confident in using a variety of different software and the ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment.
