Learning Associate

Grade 4: £21,575-£21,968 (pro-rata)
Progress to Grade 5 in September 2023
8.15am-3.00pm – Monday to Friday
Term-Time only

We are seeking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school.

Applications are invited from people who have:

enthusiasm and a desire to learn;
 the ability to encourage students to become independent;
 the ability to draw out the best in students;
 a broad general education;
 C grade or higher in GCSE English, Mathematics and Science (or equivalent)

Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the students’ academic, emotional, social and personal development.
