We are seeking to appoint a Learning Associate to support students both in class and in small groups within the school.
Applications are invited from people who have:
enthusiasm and a desire to learn;
the ability to encourage students to become independent;
the ability to draw out the best in students;
a broad general education;
C grade or higher in GCSE English, Mathematics and Science (or equivalent)
Applicants do not need to have had experience as a Learning Associate: more important is the genuine commitment to the students academic, emotional, social and personal development.
