We are looking for a qualified and energetic Social Media Specialist to join our team! This position develops, creates, and implements a comprehensive social media strategy٫ aimed at increasing our web traffic and brand awareness.
As a Social Media Specialist٫ you understand the importance entertaining, inspiring, and educating our audience. You should have excellent multitasking skills as you will be handling all our social media accounts in a cohesive way. You will also be working with and organizing all influencer partnerships. If you are creative٫ great at content creation and storytelling, and have ideas about how to present Monte Design on multiple social media channels٫ we want to talk to you!
Main Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement our social media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts.
· Management of social media channels – primarily Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and Pinterest, including paid and organic experiences.
· Manage٫ create and publish original٫ high quality content for organic and paid social media
· Proactively seek and manage strategic and marketing partnerships with influencers, media, etc.
· Manage and negotiate influencer partnerships and collaborations.
· Define the most important social media KPIs, build KPI reports for the marketing team that highlights engagement, reach and costs.
· Set up and monitor social media advertising to drive sales
· Work with retail partners and their social teams on marketing initiatives
· Work within Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager
· Keep up-to-date with our brand audience preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns.
· Keep up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends
· Create quality engaging short videos
· Work with our web team
Preferred qualifications & skills
· Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or Social Media Manager
· Excellent at short video content creation for social media purposes
· Comfortable being on and off camera
· Excellent graphic design knowledge with photo and video editing skills
· Knowledge of relevant email and social media apps
· Excellent written and verbal communications skills
· A strong sense of design and creativity, and a knowledge and passion for interior design
