Care Assistant/Enablers- Days and Nights
Pathfinders-Care is a residential Nursing facility based in Ollerton Nottinghamshire that has strong founding values. Pathfinders-Care was founded as a result of a personal experience of poor care witnessed by one of the Founding Directors. So what is it we do?
We specialise in assisting people with long term conditions and co-morbidities. Progressive conditions, end of life care, trauma, re-enablement and rehabilitation. Providing and promoting quality of life, choice, dignity and independence wherever possible. To be a little more specific, this could be in the form of-
· Intense rehabilitation
· Slow-stream rehabilitation
· Neurological rehabilitation
· Respiratory rehabilitation
· Respiratory maintenance.
· Tracheostomy and Ventilation.
· Neurological & palliative symptom management
· End of life care / palliative care
· Complex Symptom management

What we can offer you to be part of our team?
Full-time or Part Time shifts with a pay rate starting at £11.42 rising to £12.00 upon completion of mandatory and Initial clinical training with pathways up to £13.05 per hour (inclusive of night shift increment of extra £1 per hour (not available unless working a night shift)
Weekend enhancement
Overtime paid at 1.5x l rate of pay (After 36 hours)
A wide variety of shift patterns available from:
· Long day- 7am till 7:30pm
· Long Night- 7pm till 7am
· Early- 7am till 1pm
· Late- 1pm till 7pm
· Twilight early 7pm – 12am
· Twilight late- 12am -7pm
· Flexible working hours can be accommodated (discussed at interview)
Full induction (6 months) and personal training pathway up to and including Apprentice Nurse Associate Programme. We will be looking to expand this out further to offer training pathways in Occupational therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language therapist over the next 18 months and into 2023.
