An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the University of Bradford's Directorate of Outreach, Recruitment and Marketing as International Support Assistant to be based in Dubai.
Based within the University of Bradford Dubai Regional Hub Recruitment team, the post holder will be responsible for managing the day-to-day enquiries, answering calls, handling petty cash and all finance related tasks, supporting the in-country program delivery's admin related tasks and dealing with outsourced companies.
We are searching for candidates with experience of delivering excellent customer service and completing finance and administrative tasks. We are searching for an individual who is organised, able to meet deadlines and work in across functional teams between UK and Dubai based teams. The role would involve working on a weekend, approximately every 4-6 weeks. Previous experience of working in UAE would be advantageous.
The post is a full-time fix term contract for two years. The University will offers a salary of 10K AED per month (120K AED per year), excellent private health insurance and a return flight ticket. Please see the job description for further tasks and duties within the role.

Please note, this position is advertised on behalf of the University of Bradford Regional Hub, Dubai. The successful candidate will be issued with a local contract of employment based on Dubai labour law (not a UK contract). It is expected that where applicants are applying from outside the UAE, they have fully researched and considered a move to Dubai independently in time for the start date of employment. Where required, support will be given to help obtain the necessary visa and air fare (only) for relocation purposes will be paid. No further relocation or housing support is offered.
