Background
CQM Training & Consultancy Ltd, has a significant portfolio of products which are delivered through Apprenticeship, Training and Development routes. Part of the Instructus Group, CQM T&C has three key focus areas:
1. Lean Six Sigma – Lean, CI, Six Sigma
2. Business Skills – Leadership, Management, Customer Service
3. Food and Drink – Operations, Technical
The Role
Reporting to the Quality & Compliance Manager, the Learner Onboarding Administrator will work remotely, to support both the Sales & Marketing team and Administration Team with the onboarding process via ongoing communication with learners, employers and the wider team.
The role is 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideally 09:30 to 15:00 with 30 minute unpaid break ) with some flexibility offered. The salary is £14,667 (£12,000 Full Time Equivalent).
The Responsibilities
- Guide learners over the telephone or MS Teams, though the digital onboarding process and the initial assessment process ensuring an excellent customer service standard is always maintained
- Engage professionally and promptly with employers as part of the learner onboarding process
- Support the Senior Business Administrator to set up Learner and Manager Aptem accounts in a timely manner if and when required
- Ensure learner onboarding tracking is accurate and up to date in collaboration with the Senior Administrator and Sales & Marketing Team
- Coordinating and booking diary appointments
- Using a variety of systems and software packages to create/update records
- Communicate effectively with Development Coaches to ensure a smooth handover to the Operations Team
Your Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential to have
- Able to use MS Teams competently
- Excellent telephone manner
- Effective time management and organisational skills
- Excellent IT skills
Useful to have
- Previous customer service background is advantageous
- Previous administration experience is desirable
- A basic understanding of Apprenticeships would be advantageous but not essential and will be included in the induction training and ongoing development
