As we continue to grow and develop our operations, we are looking for Textile Machine Operators at our plant in Mytholmroyd. This is a great opportunity for individuals that are hardworking and keen to be part of an existing business that continues to grow.
Your Opportunity:
As appropriate, the efficient operation of all manufacturing equipment and machinery, associated with both the segment and filters businesses.
Complete documentation as required as part of traceability system.
Minimise waste by effective use of materials and equipment
Carry out product inspection and report defects to supervisor.
Loading and unloading of raw materials and completed products as required.
Good housekeeping of work area and removal of waste product, in line with 5S requirements
Complying with Health, Safety & Environmental legislation
Undertake reasonable duties & tasks as required by Management
Your Profile:
Proven production experience, preferably from within a similar textile environment.
Able to demonstrate experience of working to statutory and company requirements on Health & Safety, Quality and Environment.
Evidence of setting high work standards and a commitment to quality.
Evidence of adaptability and a proactive approach to work.
Ability to operate successfully and effectively in a team.
Ability to build and sustain effective working relationships.
