Job description
We are looking to appoint a Lead Night Support Worker to lead and supervise a team of care staff throughout the night shift. We are looking for applicants who have a flexible, people-centred approach with a good standard of written and verbal communication skills.
You could earn £23,620 to £24,050 per year, based on 37 hours per week.
Chipchase House is a busy and energetic service, full of laughter where no two days are the same. Our team have brilliant relationships with the people we support and take up every opportunity to brighten up their day. The people we support have a wide range of interests from knitting and the cinema right through to loving rock music and high wire diving. We take great pride in being able to support our residents in achieving their goals.
It is important to be a real team player, and having the flexibility with an ability to adapt and respond to evolving situations is an important skill for our team to ensure we maintain the highest level of care.
