Locally owned and operated Shield Landscaping is a full service lawn and garden care company servicing Greater Victoria, Shawnigan lake and Sidney. We are committed to providing quality landscaping services and yard care solutions.

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Quoting new jobs for fencing, maintenance, one time clean ups, pressure washing and irrigation
- Being able to understand how long jobs take
- Door knocking when low on quotes
- Be able to explain job well in write up and with picture so that crew understands what to do.

Pay will be determined based on experience
Job Types: Full time - 4x10 hour days, 5x 8 hours days, possible some Saturdays.
Salary: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
We are offering a $200.00 signing bonus, $50.00 on your first day and $150.00 on your first pay cheque.
