about this team
The Organizational Planning & Analysis team is accountable for providing Organizational Design and Workforce Planning expertise, methodology and frameworks, to enable data-driven decision making for Business Partners and Business Leaders across the organization. Our Organizational Planning & Analysis Department sits within our Health & Wealth and Organizational Planning COE (Community of Expertise) within our People & Culture function.
a day in the life
- Continue to evolve the company’s organizational design framework and methodology in alignment with our organizational design guidelines.
- Create guidelines, processes, and templates for P&C Business Partners to use with leaders, to design universally scalable organizational structures.
- Support P&C Business Partners & Advisors with organizational design tools, templates & processes and create/deliver training accordingly.
- Provide OD SME on OD initiatives, working with key stakeholders at all skills levels within the organization.
- Partner closely with Enterprise Business Transformation team, ensuring visibility across Operating Model and OD work-streams for both parties.
- Partner closely with Compensation to ensure seamless transition from OD to job levelling.
- Bachelor's degree or certificate in a related discipline.
- At least 6-8 years of relevant experience in human resources, talent management, workforce planning, and/or org design.
- Working experience focused on organization design.
- Experience working in a global organization or start-up is considered an asset.
- Strong presentation and communication (both written and verbal) required.
- Strong project management, time management and leadership skills.
