We are a small office located on Willesden Lane, NW6.
We require a punctual, tech savvy individual to carry out a range of admin duties on behalf of a landlord. Duties include but are not limited to: responding to emails, draw up tenancy agreements using a template, fill in online forms to apply for relevant licences with Council e.g. HMO licence, check whether rent has been received and which tenants owe rent using Microsoft Excel.
I am seeking someone efficient who has a good telephone manner and uses their initiative.
