Job description
We are Giovanna's an independent Italian deli based in Forest Gate, East London. We are looking for an organised and reliable kitchen porter for our wine bar and pizzeria.
Your responsibilities will include
- Basic food preparation
- Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas
- Unloading and putting away deliveries
- Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors
- Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly
- Deep cleaning fridges and store rooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards

We offer excellent rates of pay plus a fair tips system. Staff food is provided at every shift and store discounts are available across our all retail products, including wines and drinks.
Hours are Tuesday - Saturday 6:30pm to 10:30pm, with Sunday and Monday off.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: £11.95 per hour
