Telesales/Customer Service Advisor Stoke-on-Trent, England
Job description
We are a food service distribution company supplying to the independent QSR market. We cover a 100 miles radius from our Stoke On Trent depot. We have experienced significant growth in the past five years and now need to expand our team.
We are after someone to take phone orders from our existing customer database, invoicing the customer through our semi bespoke system, and up-selling different items each week. We also want you to learn our cash and carry side, which involves serving customers face to face.
This role requires the need to build a good rapport with the customers and understand their needs.
The job also involves some administrative tasks.
Sunday 2:00pm - 6:00pm, Monday - Thursday 9:30am - 6:00pm
Days may differ during the initial training period.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
