We opened our first restaurant in New Oxford Street, London, in 2000. Since then, we’ve become one of the most well-known and loved Italian dining restaurants on the high street. We’re all about bringing people together to enjoy delicious Italian classics, in beautiful settings – whatever the occasion.

THE ROLE

As a Kitchen Assistant you will:

• Help our chef team by preparing basic dishes
• Help your Head Chef during service
• Make sure the kitchen is always ready for service
• Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
• Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return

THE LOCATION

One of our most historic restaurants, Prezzo Buckingham is a grade II listed building which dates back to 1672. We’ve lovingly restored the building with many of the original features preserved within our restaurant including the original wooden beams and windows to make your dining experience feel extra special. Find us on the high street, near the Old Gaol museum and close to the local shops and bars; and if you visit when the sun is shining you can dine al fresco in our pretty garden.
