We’re on the lookout for a Customer Delivery Manager to lead our team of Installation Experts, transporting furniture around our 30+ distribution networks in the UK. This is a role focusing on our customers experience, with accountability for store out-bound to customer deliveries, you will manage our Shift Managers, Installation Experts and Operations Teams, to ensure efficient inbound of supplier deliveries and outbound delivery customer orders.

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Operations Manager to work as part of our on site Senior Management team to ensure that all of our customer queries are dealt with promptly and with a level of service that we strive for.
You will be the direct manager for a team of 4 on-site administrators and will work closely with our central administration teams, to deliver exceptional service in a busy environment.
As a line manager, you’ll need to support and coach the team to ensure that we are not only delivering, but that we’re doing so in the right way and remain safe and compliant.
If you’re able to build strong relationships with both internal and external customers, have a keen eye for detail, are passionate about compliance and you’re able to spot areas for improvement… This role is for you!
What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the onsite administrators within your CDC and report to the Regional General Manager of the site so you’ll need a strong administrative and customer focussed background and a keen eye for detail. Working alongside the senior management team in the site , you will support with onsite compliance and stock management - so you’ll need to build strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This is a fast moving environment, so you’ll need to be able to think on your feet and problem solve quickly, being able to juggle multiple tasks at once is vital!
Your work will be computer based so being able to learn our software and systems will mean that you can hit the ground running!
