About the role:
As an Account Executive at Breadstack, you'll be responsible for helping companies say goodbye to the days of juggling multiple systems and hello to a seamless and efficient operation. You will own the full sales cycle from the first point of contact to the closed deal. The ideal candidate is comfortable with wearing multiple hats and will work closely with the CEO, Product Marketing and Engineering teams. They will develop new B2B sales opportunities and manage the sales process from discovery, solution overview, negotiation to close. They will engage with clients after onboarding to ensure success and follow up on any further needs. The candidate should have experience working in a startup environment.
Responsibilities:
- Be the expert on Breadstack suite of products, leveraging your customer obsession and product knowledge to pitch and close B2B prospects
- Own your success from cold calls to administrative tasks to closing deals
- Meet and exceed KPI expectations: Minimum of 60 cold calls made and 15 emails sent per day to retail owners across territories in Canada
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects/opportunities
- Coordinate the outbound sales process from start to finish; collaborating with various internal departments to create client recommendations and solutions
- Update and maintain communications and client data in the CRM
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address any client concerns in a timely manner
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Be an expert at overcoming objections and negotiations with customers
- Conduct qualified software demonstrations alongside our product specialists

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales experience (BDR, SDR, AE) with a track record in a disruptive sales environment
- Experience nurturing B2B accounts
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills both in person and on the phone/remotely
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of a role, with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated ability to actively manage multiple tasks
- Must be goal-oriented, persuasive, self-motivated and independent
- Ability to find high-opportunity deals with a focus on uncovering a lead’s needs
- Strong work ethic and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales
- Exceptional consultative selling and closing skills
- A sharp focus on their goals and a belief that their daily, weekly and monthly activities will help achieve them
