Kitchen assistant, Harrogate & Ilkley, £10 pr hr
straight shifts, no experience needed
We are looking to recruit a number of full time kitchen assistants for our clients in both Harrogate and Ilkley, both are high quality 4 star country hotels, with staff accommodation, and offer a fantastic opportunity for enthusiastic kitchen assistants to join the team, and learn on the job, as full training will be given, so no prior kitchen experience needed, just a real get-go attitude to work and real work ethic
The majority of the work will be working on the pot wash section, but there will be an element of kitchen prep work too, with great progression opportunities for the right career minded kitchen assistants.
Offering straight shifts, and a great work life balance, the ideal candidate will be bale to demonstrate:
- A real work ethic, with proven longevity in positions, no bouncy employee's please
- Candidates with a real get go attitude, this can be a very rewarding position, but is also hot and very fast at times, so having the right attitude to this type of work is essential.
- A team player, kitchen teams are only as strong as each cog, so this key position really needs to be taken by staff who are really focused on working as part of a team.
- Be willing to learn new skills, and be receptive to instruction.
